If there is a product that we don't have that you want just ask. We will attempt to source it at the best price possible.
If you fail to do this it will slow down our process of getting your order out to you. We bank with ANZ Bank. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post or Courier. All orders sent are provided with tracking details once dispatched. If a mistake of this nature occurs we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.
Notification must be made to us before returning a product. We are happy to answer all questions that you may have. Questions will be responded to within 24 hours and on most occasions within 12 hours. Da Klinic is based in the Myer Centre in Adelaide CBD. Deposits can be made in several way.
Make an internet transfer into our account. Go into your own bank and ask them to transfer into our account. Go into ANZ and make a deposit into our account.
All orders are sent internationally using Australia Post and Courier Services. If we have the correct size in stock you may send the original product back to swap for another size. Sorry, our items are NOT available for pick-up.No additional information at this time.
