The Justrite Standard Sure-Grip® EX Flammable Safety Cabinet with Manual Close Doors (model 894500) is designed to safely store flammable liquids. This model is constructed with a sturdy 18-gauge (1-mm) thick steel double-wall, with 1.5 in (38 mm) of insulating air space for fire resistance. The fully welded, not riveted, construction holds the squareness of the unit for a longer life and offers greater protection in a fire since air gaps are reduced. Looking for a custom safety cabinet? High-performance, manual-close, self-latching doors (fail safe, 3-point stainless steel) open to a full 180 degrees and close securely for maximum protection under fire conditions when pushed shut. For added security, each cabinet comes with an innovative U-LocT handle that does not require manual rotation to engage the mandatory latch. Cabinets include a cylinder lock and key set, or you can choose to use your own padlock. Adjustable on 3-in (76-mm) centers, all SpillSlope shelves meet ANSI MH28.1 standards with a 350-lb (159-kg) safe allowable load.
