This is a new Honeywell Fendall Pure Flow 1000 eyewash station with a 7 gallon capacity for 15 minutes of operation. This is a new open box item. The box got ripped while it was in inventory of a store that closed. All parts are included (along with the paper manual) but it doesn't come in the original box.

15 mins of uninterrupted pH-balanced saline eye wash with a flow rate of 0.4 gpm (1.5 L) to meet ANSI standards; superior to tap water which may have bacteria or contaminants. Uses quick-change 3.5 gallon (13.2 L) cartridges (not included); sure-grip handle provides instant, simple activation; unique nozzle design delivers a soft "ribbon" of saline eye wash solution. No plumbing required allows for easy placement of eye wash station near most workplace hazards; can be mounted to wall with single bracket or made mobile with universal cart or stand. Captures waste fluid to eliminate spill hazards.
